We understand that inviting someone into your home is personal — that’s why every ShyneOne cleaner is trusted, trained, and committed to treating your space with care and respect.

Question 1: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

To help us serve all clients efficiently, please review our cancellation terms:


- More than 2 business days’ notice: Full refund, no fees.

- Between 1 and 2 business days’ notice: 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

- Less than 1 business day’s notice or no access: Full service charge applies if canceled or rescheduled with short notice, or if our team cannot access your unit.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid fees.

Question 2: Am I charged when I book?

No — you’ll only need to provide a payment method to secure your booking.
A temporary hold is placed on your card 3 days before your appointment, but payment is only processed after your cleaning is completed and confirmed.

Question 3: Do you provide cleaning tools and supplies?

Yes — our ShyneOne cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional tools, mops, and eco-friendly cleaning products.
If you prefer that we use your own supplies or specific products, just let us know when booking — we’re happy to accommodate your preferences.

Question 4: Do I need to be home when the cleaners arrive or leave?

No — you don’t need to be home when your ShyneOne cleaner arrives or leaves.
That said, for first-time cleanings, we recommend being present for a quick introduction. It helps our team understand your preferences and ensures we build a trusted, personalized relationship from the start.
